It involves having a sense of purpose, feeling connected to others, and managing stress. Mental wellness requires us to pay attention to our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that we can take care of ourselves emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

My husband and I have been watching your videos for a couple of years now and they have given us far more insight into both of our conditions than either of our many years of therapy have. We’re excited to try out your subscription program but are concerned about the lack of information about the days and times of when your live events might happen. Is there a way to find out ahead of time if they will be outside of work hours so we can make a commitment to be available for them? Thank you!

Hi LC. Thanks for the feedback. I’ll post the specifics on the website. But so far, the live Q/A’s are 2nd Monday 12 ET, 4th Monday 7pm ET. The workshop is 3rd Thurs 12 ET. They will be recorded and the recordings posted. You will also be able to post questions for the livestream if you know you can’t make it. This schedule is set to accommodate people in both east and west time zones. But as things go along, if it looks like there are better times, I can change them. Hope to see you there.
